The police said the attack on a train near Cambridge in eastern England on Saturday was no longer being treated as a terrorist incident. However, among the nine victims who were treated for life-threatening injuries on Saturday, four have been released and two are still in medical care, officer John Loveless said.

“Counter-terrorism policing were initially supporting our investigation. However, at this stage, there is nothing to suggest that this is a terrorist incident,” Loveless said at a news conference.
