    President Donald Trump will make his unprecedented second state visit to the United Kingdom in September, Buckingham Palace announced on July 14.

    British Prime Minister Keir Starmer handed the monarch’s invitation in a letter to Trump during a meeting at the White House in February. As he accepted the letter, Trump told Starmer that it would be “our honor to be there” and called the United Kingdom “a fantastic country.”
